What areas do you ship to?

We ship across all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Shipping fees vary depending on your location as follows:

  • Cairo & Giza: EGP 80
  • Greater Cairo outskirts: EGP 90 (e.g. Bashtil, El Qanater, El Hawamdeya)
  • Delta & Canal cities: EGP 80–90
  • Alexandria & coastal cities: EGP 90
  • Remote areas: EGP 135 (Red Sea, Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, Marsa Matrouh)
  • Upper Egypt governorates: EGP 100
  • Sinai: EGP 155

When will my order arrive?

We work hard to deliver your orders as quickly as possible:

  • Cairo & Giza: within 3–5 business days
  • Other governorates: within 6–8 business days

Exchange & Return Policy

Can I exchange or return a product?

For hygiene and customer safety reasons, and since our products fall under the personal care category, exchanges and returns are not permitted. However, replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product
  • If you receive the wrong product

Do I need to pay a deposit to confirm my order?

Yes. For orders exceeding EGP 1,000, a deposit is required to confirm the order. You can easily pay via InstaPay or any e-wallet, and the deposit amount will be deducted from the total order value upon delivery.

When do I pay the remaining balance?

The remaining balance is paid in cash upon delivery. After paying the deposit, the shipping representative will collect the remaining amount when delivering your order. The courier will contact you before arrival to confirm the delivery time.

How is my payment information secured?

What should I do if I encounter a payment issue?
